Becky Barksdale
Becky Barksdale's grandfather gave her a guitar when she was twelve years old, and by the time she was sixteen she was gigging with local musicians.
She played with Canned Heat before landing the lead guitar spot on Michael Jackson's 1993 Dangerous World Tour.
She was the first artist to be signed by House of Blues Music Company and has released many successful singles.
Her compositions have also been used in movies and television including Cloverfield, Let Me In, The Fall, and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
